Tips for the best replies
Small tweaks that make a big difference.
- Set your business name in Settings — it makes replies feel personal.
- Match the tone to the rating: Empathetic for 1–2 stars, Friendly or Luxury for 4–5 stars.
- Keep replies short on public platforms (2–4 sentences); customers and future readers prefer it.
- For negative reviews, always offer to take it offline (email or phone) — never admit liability.
- Save your best replies as a reference, then use a similar tone next time.
Using ReviewReply AI with Trustpilot
We don't connect to Trustpilot directly — your replies stay yours. Here's the quickest copy-and-paste flow.
1. Sign in to Trustpilot Business
Go to business.trustpilot.com and log in with the account that owns your business profile.
2. Open the review
From the Reviews tab, click the review you want to respond to so the full text is visible.
3. Copy & paste into ReviewReply AI
Highlight the review text, copy it, then paste it into the Generate page along with the star rating.
4. Generate your reply
Pick your tone and industry, then click Generate. Edit the draft until it sounds exactly like you.
5. Post it back on Trustpilot
